FAQ How is this program different? From what? A diet? It’s kinda like asking how is a mountain different than a computer… because they’re not the same at all. The goal of this program is to find a way of eating, that works for you so you can stop fighting food (and your body) and start living your life.  

What if I can't make a weekly session? Very few people can make all the sessions. You will always have access to the handouts and tools, weekly food journal checks, and weekly webinar or recorded video.

What if I am a vegan/ vegetarian/ paleo/ gluten free… etc. The Whole You Transformation is not a specific diet plan. Each person has different needs and preferences, and the principles of the Whole You Transformation can be applied to any style of eating.  

What is your refund policy? I 100% believe that when you show up, and do the work, you will get results. And offering your money back for not being committed will not help you succeed. Only sign up if you're committed. We do not offer refunds for this program.

When are the meeting dates? Meetings will be on Mondays at 6:30PM and Tuesdays at 1PM. There are no meetings on holidays.
