Who is this Summer Shape Up for? Women aged 18 – 80. Our oldest client is 76 and our youngest is 16. It doesn’t matter what your fitness background is, if you’ve not exercised for a while, or if you're totally out of shape. We’ve all been there and know taking the first step is the hardest. And that’s why we will be with you every step of the way!
When can I workout? We have personal training sessions scheduled as early as 5:30AM and as late as 7:45PM. And, we keep adding more sessions as needed. We work around your schedule!
When can I start? Anytime before July 31st, 2019. Registration closes on July 31, or when when the 8 spots are taken (whichever is first!)
How much is the Summer Shape Up? It varies in price depending on your goals, but when we speak on the phone I will run through this with you. Investment starts from $86 a week.
What are the typical results people get and how long do they take? In just four short weeks (and likely sooner!) you’ll see dramatic changes in your body, your fitness level, sleep and energy levels.
I’m excited but at the same time nervous about joining... should I be? It’s natural to feel like that when starting a new routine/habit and meeting new people for the first time. Everyone who is currently a member will hold their hands up and tell you they probably felt exactly the same thing. However, we are different from any gym or exercise program you may have been involved with in the past.
You will not be left on your own to ‘work it out’, or be standing in the corner on your own. We are all in this fitness journey together.
