When does it start?
You can start anytime on or before December 15th, 2018.
What if I'm gone during the 30 days?
No problem. This is life, and there's no 'perfect time' to do anything. We recommend training 3 x per week, but if you are able to do additional sessions before or after your time away as make ups we will do our best to make that happen. However, the sessions do not carry over past January 31st, 2019. If you will be away more than one week, this challenge may not be for you.
How can I become a full time member?
We would love to have you! Many of our most successful members joined after starting with a challenge. You'll get some exclusive challenge member only deals for our ongoing training/nutrition packages and we will help you continue right on going towards reaching all of your health and fitness goals!
Will I need to drink shakes, take supplements or spend hours on meal prep?
NO! We focus on eating real, whole foods. We follow sound-nutrition principles- no quick fixes here. We also give you easy to follow recipes (that are quick to make) and a meal planning app. We want to relieve stress- not add stress to your life!
What certifications do your trainers have?
Great question! All our training staff are Kinesologists or Medical Exercise Specialists with post-secondary education in our field and they also endure our in-house intensitve apprenticeship program to become Ascend Fitness certified. We demand the best.
Do you guarantee the program?
